The status of all orders can be tracked online. Simply login with your email address and password, and select "View your orders". Then view the details of the order you wish to track and its current status is displayed. Every order's status is updated in real-time.

We will also email you as soon as your order's status changes.

All our jewellery carries a FULL MONEY BACK guarantee. Any item you order from us can be returned for replacement or refund within 7 days of the date it was shipped, provided the jewellery is returned in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging materials.

The jewellery must be returned by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which guarantees next day delivery and is insured whilst in transit. If you are returning an item for a replacement don't forget to include a cheque for Ł5 or your original delivery charge made payable to Imagems ltd to cover delivery.

If you require a refund, we will refund the original purchase price of the jewellery returned less delivery costs. Please remember to include your name and address, along with details of whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.

Our standard delivery time is 48 hours. If in stock, orders are despatched immediately by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which guarantees next day delivery and insures the item whilst in transit. The package will be delivered before 12 noon and will have to be signed for. Orders of Ł25 or below are sent by recorded delivery.
